彭雪丰,男,江苏徐州人。于中国科学技术大学硕博连读(2020–2024年),获管理科学与工程博士学位;期间在多伦多大学博士联培并担任研究助理(2024);毕业后在香港大学商学院任博士后研究员(2024-2026年)。2026 年 1 月正式加入中国科大管理学院和科技商学院。研究兴趣在运营管理与市场营销的交叉领域(e.g., Behavior Operations and Information Economics),关注人工智能驱动的决策分析与机制设计问题 (e.g., AI Hiring and Human-AI Dynamics)。
研究成果已发表或返修于MS、POM、DSS、《系统工程理论与实践》等国内外权威期刊。曾获中国科协“青年人才托举工程”博士生专项、博士研究生国家奖学金、中国科大优秀博士学位论文提名、中国科大最美“六有”大学生提名、以及POMS-China Best Paper Award Nomination等奖项。
