The 2nd international conference on
career development and employment management will be held during October 9-10, 2015, in Hefei,
China. International conference on career development and employment
management, supported by Chinese Academy of Sciences, is annually organized by
School of Management, the University of Science and Technology of China, in
collaboration with other leading universities and academic journals. The first
conference (2014) received scholars’ widespread attention and
high praise.
The conference, with an effort to provide a
high-level platform of academic exchanges, mainly aims to foster the
communication and international cooperation among scholars, practitioners, and
international students working in the common research fields of career
development and employment management.
This year’s
conference is also organized to strengthen the academic communication of international
students from C9 League in China.

2. Once the paper has been
accepted, the author will be invited to give a report in the conference.
3. Forum for international
students will be organized.
4. “Publishing
in Top Journal” panel discussion will be
organized.

1. The conference will
receive paper submissions (only abstract) and the application for attending small
workshop. Please submit the abstract to careerconference@126.com by September 15, 2015
(Beijing Time).

1) The front page should only

authors, the abstract accepted by the conference will be received in CNKI
(China National Knowledge Internet) digital-library.
Some excellent Chinese papers
will be recommended to submit to Chinese Journal of Management or Management
Review.
Some excellent English papers
will be recommended to submit to a special issue of Journal of career
development and a special volume of Research in Occupational Stress and
Well-being.
