Zihao is a research associate at the management school, University of Science and Technology of China. He received his B.S. degree in statistics from the Central South University and his Ph.D. degree in management science from the University of Science and Technology of China. His research interests are at the interface of IS, OM and Marketing, including electronic commerce, information design, platform competition, crowdfunding and probability selling. He has pubilished papers at journals including Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research, and Naval Research Logistics.
