Dr. Xin ZHANG is a Tenure-Track Associate Professor at the School of Management, University of Science and Technology of China. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the City University of Hong Kong, and a Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Science and Technology of China. Dr. Zhang is interested in interdisciplinary IS research spanning economics, marketing, and operations management. His research focuses on examining the impact of new digital technologies on firm strategies, consumer behavior, and social welfare. His work has appeared in the Journal of Management Information Systems, Information Technology & People, and Information Systems Frontiers. He is a regular presenter at international conferences; he has presented his research at prestigious conferences such as ICIS, POMS, PACIS, WITS, WeB, and CSWIM.
