Dr. Junaid Khalid is currently pursuing his Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship at the School of Management, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), a AACSB accredited institution, where he also earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration. Prior to this, he completed his M.Phil and MBA in Marketing from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan.

His primary areas of research lie within the field of Organizational Behavior and HRM, with a special emphasis on pro-social behavior, trust, workplace gossip, and deviant behaviors in organizational settings. Dr. Khalid’s work explores the psychological and social mechanisms underlying employee behavior and contributes to a deeper understanding of workplace dynamics.

Dr. Khalid has published in several internationally recognized journals, including Human Resource Management Review, Journal of Business Research, Information Technology & People, International Journal of Conflict Management, and the Baltic Journal of Management. These publications reflect his commitment to producing impactful research that advances theory and informs practice in contemporary organizational contexts.

In addition to his research contributions, Dr. Khalid brings over six years of university-level teaching experience. He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in business administration and management sciences, including human resource management, organizational behavior, and related subjects. He has held academic positions of Lecturer at the Institute of Business Management, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (Pakistan).
