Wengao Huang is an Associate Research Fellow (tenure-track) at the Faculty of Business for Science & Technology, School of Management, University of Science and Technology of China. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Xi’an Jiaotong University and was a visiting scholar at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2021 to 2023. His research focuses on innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic management, particularly in the contexts of digitalization and servitization. His work has been published in leading international journals in innovation and management, including Production and Operations Management, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Technovation, and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.
