王姚磊，男，1993年生，安徽舒城人，现任中国科学技术大学管理学院特任副研究员。2020年12月获中国科学技术大学管理科学与工程博士学位。主要研究方向为服务运营管理；运作管理与营销、信息系统等领域的交叉；排队博弈。
