2010年,李博士从中国科学技术大学获得双学士学位。之后,她赴美国深造,在2012年,获得天普大学福克斯商学院硕士学位。2019年,在亚利桑那州立大学W. P. Carey商学院取得博士学位,主攻管理信息系统专业。

李博士的研究方向涵盖了用户行为、人类活动性、金融科技、社会公平性和AI伦理(包括公平性和可解释性)等重要领域。她担任过多个SSCI收录国际主流杂志的guest editor和审稿人。李博士的研究成果发表在JAIS,TKDE信息系统领域和数据科学领域的国际顶级学术期刊。此外,她还多次在AMCIS、CIST、ICIS、INFORMS、PACIS、SCECR和WISE等国际一流会议和研讨会上发表学术报告。

与学术相辅相成的,李博士还与企业界保持紧密合作。2018年,她在微软(中国)互联网研究院担任兼职职位。她还正在担任数据公司如联通大数据、金融科技公司如氪信科技、AI企业如可之科技、出行平台如T3出行以及知识共享平台如readpaper、政府协会如上海安防协会等知名企业和政府的合作方或特聘顾问。在学术界和产业界都取得显著成就,为所在领域的发展做出了重要贡献。

招收硕博学生和 RA (含本科生)

拟研究方向:LLM Theory and Application, Agent Simulation and Optimization, Fintech

要求: 

1. 对上述研究方向感兴趣,有很强很强很强(重要的事说三遍!!!)的学习意愿;

2.Python/R 基础良好,了解/熟悉常见的数据处理工具如Numpy, Panda, Stata, SPSS,或者了解/熟悉Torch, Tensorflow, Langchain, LLamindex, OpenAI等开源项目; 较好的英语阅读与交流能力。

3. 思路清晰,目标明确,想做并有能力做前沿的、创新的信息系统与AI研究(跟你直觉的不一样,做前沿研究 成果发的慢、周期长、困难多、代价大,喜欢短平快走捷径的别来,你有其他很多优秀的选择 不要为难自己);

4. 想读博、以走学术路做教授为人生理想的(虽然不想读博的 最后也能送去大厂,但确实prefer想读博的学生)

5. 能在组里一起做研究,融得进团队。目前有1名资深的研究助理和5名的硕博生,组内研究氛围浓郁,大家互相帮助互相补充携手前行。
