彭雪丰,男,江苏徐州人,特任副教授。于中国科学技术大学硕博连读 (2020–2024年),获管理科学与工程博士学位;期间在多伦多大学博士联培并任研究助理 (2024年);后在香港大学商学院任博士后研究员 (2024-2026年)。2026 年 1 月正式加入中国科大。研究兴趣在运作与营销的交叉领域(OM-Marketing),关注AI驱动的决策分析问题。研究成果发表或返修于MS、POM、DSS、《系统工程理论与实践》等期刊。曾获中国科协“青年人才托举工程”博士生专项、博士国家奖学金、中国科大优秀博士学位论文提名、POMS-China Best Paper Award Nomination、中国科大最美“六有”大学生提名、全国无偿献血奉献奖金奖等。
