Huang Xian holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from Xiamen University. His primary research areas are management accounting and intelligent accounting, with a focus on applying neuroscience methods and theories to explain how the design of management control systems influences employee behavior and performance. His research has been published in journals such as Accounting & Finance and the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management.
